While you are there, I recommend a smoothie or power bowl! The cacao lush power bowl is my favorite, so delicious, so heathly, soooo filling!

They also have amazing personal services available like Massage Therapy, Reiki, Tibetan Bowl Therapy and Sound Baths.
Having respiratory issues in dry, cold Calgary?? Try a session in the Salt Cave, which has Himalayan Salt blocks on the wall and crushed salt crystals like sand on the floor! The halogenerator will have you breathing easier in no time!! Sit back, relax and breathe it in, it's just like a day by the water!

Evgeniya gave me a couple of suggestions and combinations of sleep support supplement for me to try and I am sleeping better than I have in years. I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. I wake up feeling rested with no residue remaining from the support! I am so grateful for her knowledge! Evgeniya sincerely cared about helping me sort this issue out and I now I feel better than I have in a long time!

Very knowledgeable, extremely wide selection of supplements, body care, self care, crystals, books, tarot, incense, bath salts, hot chocolate, home made food, smoothies, detox/juice cleanse and general Good Vibes and well being. As well as Yoga, Meditiation, Salt Cave and the vast amount of courses and programs available for personal growth.
I enjoy that I can also book a massage at this location as well. Highly trained, and does an excellent job. This is a great place to start your journey to feel your best.
