I'm a senior and I've been waiting so long for hip surgery that I have lost the range of motion I need to cut my own toenails. These folks got me in quickly and did a great job at a great price point.

My mom, who is visiting from out of town, and I went for a pedicure the other evening hoping for a nice, relaxing experience. Instead, I ended up having an argument with one of the technicians regarding my mom’s requested service. My mom had requested a regular polish pedicure (as she has tried shellac in the past and does not like it), and requires wearing shoes (not flip flops or sandals) as she has some foot issues. Her technician acted very rude speaking only to me and telling me that my mom should switch to shellac due to drying times or something, insinuating that “I would be making her wait, once my shellac was done”. She also tried to say that my mom should wear my flip flops and they would let me take a pair of the ones they use. I explained three different times, very calmly, but getting increasingly more frustrated as I went on, that she did not want shellac and she could not wear sandals. Additionally, I finally said that she could also talk directly to my mom as opposed to asking me about her while she was sitting right beside me. The technician then said very sarcastically and rudely, “I was just trying to understand the whole picture”, insinuating that I had not been providing her with enough information. She made it seem like her own customer had done something wrong. I would have walked out if our feet had not already been in the water. On a positive note, which is the only reason I am not giving this location a 1, my technician was awesome! She was friendly and kind. She also did a fantastic job on my toes which I really appreciate. My mom’s toes also look great but the customer service of her technician was terrible. We left feeling satisfied with our toes, but this lady did ruin the experience. If you go there, try not to get on the wrong side of the younger lady wi5 fake eyelashes. Try to request the taller lady, she was great!! I wish I had caught her name.

Went in for some gender reveal nails I was excited for and walked out with nails completely different. After refusing to do a marble design on my nails unless I did gel nails, then picking another colour to replace the design, cause it seemed they didn’t want to do it… Someone comes over and says “you have to pick something else, we are out of that colour” not even a sorry, can you pick something else or we have this similar colour, then proceeded to try and rush me to do so. I only say they didn’t want to do it because I’ve had a marble design with shellac mani before, many times before as I usually only do shellac nails. Service was okay, massaged too hard and not enough lotion so she was just pulling on my skin & while just talking to her coworker. They then proceeded to talk to each other loudly laughing and not even acknowledging me. I get it’s almost day end, and you’re cleaning & talking. However, if you have a client in front of you, who you refused to do the nails they came in for, maybe attempt to make conversation or apologize or offer to do a different design, I don’t know. I’ve never gone to a salon and tipped less than 15%, and I have had people file into my skin and bled. Extremely disappointed in the service all around. Okay as excited as they did have a good review background and wanted to bring my mom & sister for pedicures.

Had such a great experience here! I’m pretty sure I had my nails done by Helen (sorry if I’m wrong it’s been a few days). She did a great job, beautiful manicure and for my design she gave me some adorable little roses! Would definitely recommend!

I have been getting my nails done here all summer and I am so impressed. The shellac manicures have been amazing! No cracks, no peeling, no dull color fade. The team is friendly and kind. I highly recommend

Have been getting my nails done at this location for over a year and have always been more than satisfied. However, a few days ago, my regular nail tech didn’t bother to compare my nail lengths. It was super busy and I empathize that as I work in an industry where a busy environment can affect service. I support this business and love the employees, but as regular who had an appointment ahead of time, I expect to leave with evenly shaped nails without bother or the need to have the nail tech look over my nails after they are already finished, and make sure they are even. This was the first time my nails weren’t compared on opposite hands or even one hand for the matter, was just disappointed as a regular customer this was overlooked, wish everyone the best because their normally sufficient over the top employees and I recognize the volume of customers but this was not worth $60.
