★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a Manicure with Shellac Finish. Staff is always nice, that's not the issue. My initial nail soak was in cold water nothing else in it, and all they did was cut my cuticles. No nailbed cleaning, filing, smoothing, oil and or lotion hand massage. Nail polish was dried out so they added some solution, and they kept missing turning on the UV Light. Later that evening my nails chips, and by the next day was peeling at the tips. Went to another salon the following Monday to have the shellac removed, and my nails cut because the peeling also peeled the top of the tips of my nails. I had gone for pedicure prior and they were fine, staff is pleasant, but unfortunately I will not return as the Manicure I feel is a basic service offering, and if 7 of 10 steps are missed entirely, then the experience is not for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been seeing Rick and Kelly for just about 10 years now. All the staff are just AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about this company.
For example: i cant decide what colour nails i want, i tell them to surprise me and they ALWAYS pick such amazing colours for me and well theyre just all around INCREDIBLE!
Photo of my nails is a fill from when they reopened in june after i believe 3 weeks with the original before shutdown. They are colour changing in the hot and cold.and picked by the amazing lady who did them for me :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in my manicure. My experience at the salon was fine, staff is nice, it looks clean… But I paid a lot of money for a shellac manicure that lasted less than a week. All the polish peeled off because the tech didn’t dust off my nails after filing them. Also beware the file, she didn’t stop until I told her to, they could really damage someone’s nails.
