★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this salon. I always get compliments on my nails. I struggled for a long time to find a nail tech in my area that was talented and took pride in their work, literally would drive far North of the city to get my nails done until I saw Lee’s beautiful work on IG and decided to check them out, grateful that the salon is very close to me. Lee is the best, you can take a pic to her and she can duplicate. Her original work is also amazing. She is a true artist.. All the ladies at this salon do a great job and are friendly. I feel more like family than a customer. Highly recommend Jeena Nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! They really care about the work they do, and they don't take short cuts. My shellac always lasts 2 weeks without chipping. At my appointment today, I asked the nail tech to do whatever design she wanted, and instead of opting for something easy, she did a pretty intricate flower design. Really great service, I am impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nail technician did not make me feel welcome as she said nothing to me at all during the entire appointment. I had to say hi to her first in the beginning to get a response.
I was very unhappy with the poor communication with additional costs. FIRST off, I asked how much it would be to do a design on one finger per hand and the reply was "$5". They did not clarify that it was $5/nail.
SECOND, the other hidden charge that I did not know about was that it is an extra $5 if you choose more than 2 colors. How hard is it to communicate this to the client if you want to be professional and want them to come back?
I would not recommend this nail salon if you are looking to switch places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best set of nails I've ever had done in Calgary! The ladies are super nice and there attention to detail is exquisite. Everything was done perfectly, I'm in love with my nails haha. Very smooth nails and shaped perfectly. Very good price, $52.50 for this set of nails. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time, they're very busy. Anyone looking for a great nail salon to go to should come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the manicurist phones you after you leave, saying she is sorry she was rushed..and when the colour is unevenly applied.. when the shellac is too thick and makes your nails appear oddly bumpy.. when you are thinking about phoning another salon the very next morning to see if you can get in for a polish change - then you have had a bad experience! I won't be back. I searched for the highest rated place close to me - waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not had a pedicure since covid began as I'm sure that is true for many and my heels were bad. I am also a 63 year old plus size person.
There was only myself and one other person getting pedicures and we were seated next to each other.
The nail technician taking care of the lady next to me couldn't stop looking at what my technician was doing. She stared more at me than what she was doing with her client. She continued to stare, it became uncomfortable, but then she started to make comments (in their language) as my technician shaved my heels. She laughed, she continued to stare, she made more comments and laughed more. I will say my technician tried not to respond to the comments and laughter but I wanted to crawl into a hole.
Just because you are speaking another language doesn't mean the people around you are clueless. You can still get the gist of what is going on.
I couldn't get out of there fast enough, sat in my car and cried.
Being made fun of is bullying.
Horrible, horrible experience.
