People there are simply rude! The services are absolutely horrible! Last year when my cat had vaccinations, my cat was very sick because of the vaccinations! And their price is just unreasonable with such poor services. Avoid at all costs. Nothing in this clinic is worth any money. If you want a dead cat, go there.

I like this pet clinic. Friendly staff and a great Doctor. They don't have CVA membership from what I've heard. Which I'm told that they're able to set there own prices for service. More pluses than minuses.

I called today cuz my dog has an ear infection. Even though they were booked up they made time for my dog. They were amazing friendly and super caring towards my dog I will definitely be switching this to my clinic for my dog. I highly recommend Douglas Square Pet Clinic

The staff and Dr Mandi has been amazing going above and beyond every time we have interacted with them but especially during a most difficult time with our little Lego. Thank you for all your time and kindness.

I brought my pets over to Douglasdale Vet from the VCA clinic in the area. VCA had so many service charges and dispensing fees on top of their schedule of care fees. Douglasdale Vet has none of these. Pet care is still a large cost, especially to a senior, but DD Vet is more affordable. This is the only vet that my cats are not afraid to visit.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS EVER.. front staff are beyond uneducated never having answers for simple questions i had, not to mention disorganized calling me 4-5 times a day to remind me of apts i had made THAT day for the following morning.. also super rude not keen on the bad attitudes very poor customer service. vet who did the surgery for my dog ASSURED ME she was more than capable of handling her tumour resection but upon pickup she admitted that the area and size of the tumour were things she had NEVER dealt with…. good job.. took bandaging off too soon resulting in 2 more surgeries (split sutures & failed necrotic skin flaps) had to call them 3 times to see why my dog was in surgery for 8 hours… every time they informed me of a complication due to the surgeons incompetence. had to block their number with the insane amount of calls i still received after explaining i no longer wish to have contact with their money grabbing β€œpractice”.. look anywhere else, i feel absolutely taken advantage of with this cash grab.. i’m now at almost $9000 in vet bills to correct the original botched job preformed and my poor doggo has had to suffer from countless vet visits/ surgeries (with actual well trained, experienced, organized vets) needless to say i will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone i feel they should be ashamed after making the hardest situation of my life 10X more expensive and stressful than it had to be.

Staff is nice, but so far my experience with care isn’t great. First instance with our one cat, got somewhat sick. Doctor told us that they wanted to do a huge amount of tests worth $600 ish. Told us she was probably going to die based on what doctor thought was wrong. Cat went back to the SPCA via us. We didn't surrender her. It was too expensive. Turns out she has food sensitivities. Wasn’t even close to dying. Second Instance. 5 month old kitten. In this case mostly same situation. Except this time she was actually clearly very sick. Told vet we wanted to put her down. Instead she brings SURRENDER forms. Not particularly impressed with that especially considering the conditions aren’t great for surrendering. (Not knowing if she ends up getting put down anyways, or knowing what happens to her in the end). She was very much suffering and now we’re never going to get to bury her or ever know what will happen to her. Long story short we’re switching vets.
