C	Chelsea Heath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service I have received. We signed up for gym memberships at the beginning of August 2021. We were open about potentially not being able to fulfill the whole 2 years because my husband was going in for spinal surgery and he may have to stop going. Sure enough, he has been left with permanent damage and has been instructed by his surgeon to not use the gym. The membership was sold to us and explained that if needed we can transfer our account into someone else's name. I called ABC Fitness and now being told it is NOT transferable. So I called the Douglasdale location and spoke with a lady who said they did allow transfers up until September, so a month after we signed up. But no notification of this change was given to us as clients. I have been told my options are to #1) pay $400.00 to cancel our memberships ($199 for me, $99 for my husband and then 1 month-$105.00 membership) or #2) keep paying for something we are not using. ($1700.00). I am beyond frustrated that we were told one thing which gave us the security we needed to entrust that no matter what our future situation was there was an option that will not bankrupt us all at once. And now we are being told something else! When emailing their client services I am told pretty much too bad! They will not help, I am so beyond appalled at the lack of care or compassion of other people.

She is so personable and cheerful she makes seeing all your bad points in a functional assessment make you feel great because she truly knows what she’s talking about. So how can you go wrong with someone who helps make you feel great about you from the start. Take it from this Doc’s point of view, she’s definitely chiropractic par for the course. There is way more to working out then just getting toned or pumped up. So go see Claudia wether you’re a beginner, novice or pro. Having someone like her in your tool box is a great addition. So don’t just be fit, be functionally fit and crush those workouts! Whoop whoop! Thanks Claudia you rock!

She absolutely kills me (but in the best way possible). I work 2 jobs and am on my feet all day, and even when I’m tired I enjoy every moment training. Melissa pushes me and encourages me constantly! I have seen so much growth in myself since training at Golds & with Melissa and I’ve never been happier. Training with Melissa is the best part of my week & she’s super understanding and kind, an absolute sweetheart! I also love the variety of equipment that there is, and it helps me because I personally prefer machines over free weights

I am from California, here visiting and even though they knew I would not be able to become a member, they still went out of their way to tour me on the gym and allow me to try out their facility. I travel all over USA and Canada for work, so it's taken me to hundreds of gyms of all kinds. This gym was the most organized, cleanest, safest, I've ever been to. My only wish is that it was close to me in California. I recommend this gym with 6 stars out of 5. Also, no broken equipment, everything seemed to be running at 100%.

Claudia worked with me to ensure whatever questions I had were answered within a timely manner! Good job at following up Gold’s Gym and for taking my concerns seriously! Please read contracts carefully when signing anything!

Went in today to see if I could cancel my membership. I explained my situation to the front end staff. Kelly must have overheard the conversation and came on over. He was very empathetic and advised his staff to cancel my membership. No fees...no hesitation..no hassle.Thank you for your compassion Kelly and staff. You have no idea how heart warming that is. I will definitely recommend Gold's gym and share my experience there.

The owner Kelly is very friendly and approachable, I’m grateful for how much this gym has benefited my life, especially as a mother. Only gym I’ve been to where I can use the daycare everyday without paying extra fees.
