Calgary's Family Friendly Gymnastic Club, Since 1967 we've been teaching gymnastics classes to children of all ages. Preschool to competitive gymnastics. We are a family friendly gymnastics club where family values, safety, and mental health mean as much as personal success and performance.
About Altadore Gymnastic Club
Altadore Gymnastic Club started at the Altadore School in 1967 by Jim McLuskey. Our Squirrel Mascot is named Jimmy, after Jim.
AGC is proud to be the Home of Lifetime Coach, Ed Vincent.
For over 35 years, Ed has been contributing his talents to our facility and continues to inspire us. Now over 80 years old, you can still see him training at the gym a couple times a week. Ed is the founder of the Men's Program at AGC. Our Men's Program made Canadian History in 2004 when Altadore Athlete Kyle Shewfelt, coached by Kelly Manjek, flipped his way to Gold at the Olympic Games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughters love their coaches, my 3 year old with spina bifida is always excited to go and practice with help. She has improved her leg movements dramatically since going a year ago. The coaches remember her and make her feel awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a birthday party for our 4 year old and his friends. The party was interactive and the kids were captivated by the instructors. After the class we were given a party room which made for a controlled environment for the kids.
5 stars all around and I would recommend this to any family that was looking for a birthday party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great for our two kids that are both in the parents and tots class. The coach's are very good with the kids and our kids have a blast! Also a special shout out to Coach Ryan who is amazing with all the kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished the first session of parent and squirrel. It was awesome, my little girl loved it and I was really impressed with improvements we saw. I was kinda expecting a place where the kids would go and just jump around but the coaches were great and I could really see how much more confident she was using the equipment, doing rolls, and just over all everyday motor skills. I also thought it was extremely affordable, well worth every cent. Can't wait for session 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my kids have taken non-competative classes with Altadore on and off over the last 15 years. They all loved/love it. The new facility has a comfortable parent viewing area with quite comfortable seating. You can't always see your kids because the facility is huge, but it's probably for the best anyways, parents are distracting. The coaches are great with kids!
