★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had 6 windows in our home removed and new ones installed by Nikolay and Dimitri. They were incredibly courteous and communicative upon arrival, and wasted no time in getting started. Throughout the process they kept in touch with issues that arose (mostly due to the age of our home) including moisture trapped in drywall and rotten wood. In both cases, they dealt with the issues for us expertly and helped ease our minds. The speed at which they carried out the removal and install was pleasantly surprising. They also cleaned up afterwards which was particularly appreciated by us due to having our baby in the house at the time. The windows look and operate fantastic, and the materials and insulation used were quality. We cannot be happier to have had these two install our windows and would recommend (and request) their services a hundred fold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very pleased with the supply and installations of the windows. We were impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail by Slava and Ross. They were very meticulous with the interior trim, particularly with the basement windows that required the existing boxes to be cut down and new window trim cut and installed.
They worked very hard, did not cut corners , finished the job on time and thoroughly cleaned up and disposed of all old materials and garbage.
The new updated look makes our home seem a lot brighter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Ecoline Windows to replace all of the original 18 windows in our 1982-built home. Representative: Vlad Butko was the face of the company for us from start to finish and we were very pleased with his service! Here are some of the highlights:
- Received a professional and detailed quote on day one of meeting Vlad. He had some great recommendations for us that we ended up going with.
- We added a condition to the contract that all existing blinds must fit the new windows and they did a perfect job with that.
- We had received other quotes from window companies but Ecoline was very fair with their pricing. Also, Vlad provided us with details about the government of Canada new windows grant that the other companies didn't. This alone saved us $4,500.
- Their supply chain is more efficient so we received the windows a couple of months faster compared to what other companies were telling us.
- The inside and outside look great! The biggest difference we immediately noticed was how crystal clear the view was looking outside lol. We underestimated how dull our old windows had become.
- There were 2 minor follow-up items that Ecoline had to come back for to finish (including a new window that arrived broken) and they did as promised. Vlad was also exceptional with his communication with us here.
I strongly recommend Ecoline to anyone looking for new windows and be sure to ask for Vlad who was an all-star for us!

I am so glad to work with Ecolin window. From the moment I signed the contract they were sending me updates about progress of my order and they help me through my application for Canada's Greener house Grant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am fairly happy that I chose the Ecoline Windows to do my window replacement for the government's Greener Home Grant. The representative was very helpful and informative, not only about the window installation but also on the procedure to claim the Grant. The installer did an overall good job, neat and sturdy. They did a lot of outside work under extremely freezing temperature (-30 C), which was impressive.

They were great with communication when we placed the order, giving us an update when requested on the status of the order. The installers were great and friendly. They pay really good attention to detail and were able to preserve our existing moulds around the back door. They were clean and didn’t rush the job. When they arrived, they were given a challenge the way the builder had installed the previous door but were able to overcome obstacles on the day of install. I would highly recommend Ecoline to anyone looking for upgrades products! Thanks again! We are very happy with our new sliding door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ecoline replaced 12 windows in our home. We are happy with our purchase and believe we received good value for our money.
From start to finish, Ecoline looked after us. Their website is very informative and one of the best out there. Vlad C took care of us during the sales process and he was excellent, patiently answering all of our questions.
Our installation(s) went relatively well. We did have some minor issues that needed to be corrected and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Raffaele in customer service.
We initially ordered 9 windows from Ecoline and liked them enough to order 3 more. The triple panes made a noticeable difference and these windows are eligible for the Greener Homes Grant ($250 / window). The only surprise we had is these windows can have a grey hue to them when the bright sun hits them on an angle. From looking on-line, this is a common issue with triple pane windows and low e coatings (light reflects off coating). It is not unique to Ecoline and only happens during certain lighting conditions. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to be aware of when selecting glass coatings.
Our windows function well and appear to be well made. So far, so good!!
