He was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to advise and recommend changes based on our budget. The 3 contractor crews that came to install our windows were polite and friendly, and pushed to finish all our windows in a timely manner as we were bound by colder weather conditions. Supreme was also great with their servicing department after the windows were installed - they came to perform some touch ups. All in all a great experience, very glad we went with Supreme! Will definitely recommend for the future!

The original measure was done wrong and we had to wait another 2 weeks to get the new windows. There was zero communication with our Sales rep Tom and the install Manager Dave. The windows are great but if a company fails to give great customer service along with communication they lose my vote as a company to support. Very disappointed!

We had a few minor issues with the initial installation, which Supreme fixed promptly. I would give 5 stars for the product and quality of work, but docked one star because of poor communication in getting information and updates from the sales and scheduling groups.

We had five companies come to our home and tell us the windows couldn't be fixed then proceeded to give us quotes for replacements. We booked an appointment with Les, at Supreme Windows and when he walked in, he said, "You don't need to replace the windows. You can call the shop, right now, pick up the replacement parts for under $50 and fix it yourself in less than an hour. He showed us how to fix the window before he left and said if we struggled we could call him back. We couldn't believe it was that simple and he saved us thousands of dollars and the hassle of replacing windows that are still in good condition. We were so impressed with his honesty and integrity. When we picked up the parts, Michael showed us again how to replace them ourselves. We went home and within 40 minutes, had fixed windows that had been a problem for years. We appreciate their integrity and happily recommend them to others and they will be our first choice for doors or windows in the future.
