t	trevor stunell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say the new Polar windows have been superb during the summer and winter in Calgary. My furnaces and A/C have been on a reduced working schedule! The added benefit of a vast reduction in noise levels penetrating from outside is also welcomed.

At this point, I had realised a door replacement was going to be an investment and now is not the best time for me to be able to do that, so I mentioned to him that I might try to fix it myself instead, the agent gave me some information on the door, as well as on what products to use to fix it, where to get materials that might be hard to find. I am grateful to not have been pushed to make a big expense. I will probably have to replace another door or a window over the next five years, and I will definitely turn to Polar again.

The triple panes are a huge step up from typical builder grade windows installed in new houses--it's noticeably warmer in winter with no frost on windows. The crank mechanisms are smooth. Love these windows! Installers were fast, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job installing the windows. Polar Windows is a great company to work with.

Our salesman Dave answered all our questions, gave us a detailed quote and was a delight to deal with. The installers were skilled and friendly and took the time to do the job properly. No surprises and no more frost! It's often rare to find this quality of work and service.

We replaced 18 windows in our newly purchased home and they delivered the triple pane windows on time, installed them on my preferred schedule, worked very hard on long days (13+ hours per day) to get the 5 day job done in 4 days. The sales agent, Rick, was transparent and worked hard to get us the best deal possible while Ryan and the installation crew, who are employees and not contractors, were very courteous and a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Polar Windows if you're looking for high quality windows & doors as well as exceptional service at a fair price.
B	Belinda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had all our windows replaced by Polar 10 years ago and now have to replace them all. Windows on the North of house failed and we have water damage to our exterior and interior. Windows on the south have pulled away from the home and the frames are falling apart. We had the siding removed on the North of the house to see what the exact issue is and have been informed by several contractors that the windows failed. After contacting Polar and dealing with the CEO they refuse to honor the "lifetime warranty" we were told these windows had. They said they would not doing anything about the windows with the frame issues and offered to only look into 2 of the North windows at a cost to us of $200 an hour plus supplies. CEO then told us that ownership had changed hands and that we would have no legal recourse against them. Seems to be his standard line. Needless to say we are not willing to pay another dime to this company and will be having them replaced by another.
