I'll start off by saying that I would 100% recommend this company for your next window installation or repair. Let me break it down for you; 1) I did my due diligence and got 3 quotes for my window replacements. Graham Mellof (Sales Consultant) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His prompt response to my initial inquiry, his openness for scheduling an appointment, his top notch customer service once he arrived, coupled with his friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable. Graham always responded to my questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our product selection, not to mention the great pricing compared to other companies. Thank you! 2) Scheduling with Kurt Fraser (Customer Service Professional) although I did not get to meet Kurt during the process, his communication was superb and very detailed, which made things transparent and easy to prepare for. Thank you! 3) Measurement & Installation - the worrisome part... well that's what I thought, but Serghei's Crew was amazing. His knowledge, skill set and friendliness was very much welcomed. He was accurate and efficient in taking the official measurements and then the install was an absolute dream. Serghei's Crew, worked hard, kept to the schedule and did a thorough job of cleaning up everything, at the end of each day. All Weather Windows has been good, however the best is dealing with their installations team, Dayvd and Christian. They are excellent at what they do - worked on our home as if it was theirs. They took the time to answer any questions we had and were very professional during the process. Thank you Davyd!

Horrible service. I've tried calling and using their web submission form multiple times, no response. The phone system sends you to a specific person's voice mail, maybe it's not monitored? Perhaps seeing this might get them to call me back? Peeling trim, leaking window that was never sealed properly, the list goes on.

I bought a set of windows from All Weather Windows for a commercial building. I paid almost 20 k for the windows. I thought to pay a premium for a superior product but turns out that it isn’t. The windows are just average, same quality as the ones sold by the big box stores but it costs twice the money. The windows on the south side buckle towards the sun and it’s just a matter of time till they fail. One window was delivered with broken glass, another one didn’t close due to missing spacers. Another one developed pressure cracks due to sloppy manufacturing. To get warranty work done they send you the bill first, the customer has to pay for the warranty repairs first and then it still takes them a few month to show up. Customer service is the worst I ever dealt with. I’m in construction for 40 years but never before had to deal with so much incompetence and greediness before. The one window with pressure crack is still not repaired and I’m just waiting for the next ones to fail. This company doesn’t honors their warranty and the consumer protection laws.

Davyd and Eugene were amazing on site. Efficient, cleaned where they worked and kept me updated on what they were doing and what was next. I am really happy with how the work turned out. They even did a few extras -thanks guys. Kurt, my first contact with All Weather Windows, was helpful and provided a timely quote and worked with me to scheduled the windows in the spring. He responded to all my questions, provided the information I needed. Great, friendly and efficient service from all.

Davyd the installer saved the day (and these guys from a 1 star) with exceptional quality and friendliness. The office staff dropped the ball but he won us back.

**UPDATED BELOW** AVOID THESE WINDOWS. They hide behind their vague warranty to stick it to the customer. Our home is only 6 years old and two of the All Weather Windows are bubbling and warping due to the recent heat wave. Paid over $300 to have a tech come onsite for 20min and blame our thin window coverings for trapping the heat. As you can see in the pictures, PVC is separating away from the seals and the outer frame is buckling inward. One of the faulty windows opens to let fresh air in and release any 'trapped heat' from our window blinds. All Weather Windows will not stand by their product and blames the consumers for their poorly made windows. EDIT: Added picture of window coverings that 'voided the warranty'. UPDATE: Issue was escalated to Service Manager who did not even reach out to us to resolve. We had to call her. When we finally spoke, she echoed the same warranty denial due to window coverings and BLAMED THE HOME BUILDER FOR NOT PROVIDING US THE WARRANTY INFO. This has now been escalated to the Regional Manager, Peter Bray and we have not received any response in over a week.....
