Expertly served by Taylor at the order desk who answered all my questions, made excellent recommendations, and completed my order in minutes. Very impressed with a company that clearly values outstanding service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. At least today. 5 sale stations, one extremely slow employee, one customer in front of me, it took 25 minutes to get product that sales person didn't know anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of bleh. I got there at 400, waited till 430 for anyone to be at the counter, and they had to call reception to come up and support the only person at the counter. Then they didn't even have the bulb I needed. Thankfully I went over to CES around the corner and they took me after closing hours and had what I needed. Phew!
