★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan responded to our phone call within half hour. He was at our place immediately thereafter assessing the water leakage. He was everything you want under these circumstances: professional , kind, knowledgeable, with proper information, reliable and efficient. He secured us a new hot water tank despite of the shortages of supplies during the COVID. He was on time with another colleague Mike to install the new tank. Both Dan and Mike did a superb job hauling the enormous water tank to the basement. The job was done efficiently and properly. They explained everything we needed to know. They were reliable, polite and well informed. We are very grateful for such a phenomenal service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knight Plumbing provides excellent service. They are very professional. They go over the job they are going to do before they conduct the work. They take care to keep the house clean while they are doing the work. They go over what was accomplished when they are done to ensure you are satisfied. When they leave you wouldn’t know they were in the house except for the clean ducts. I would absolutely hire them again.

As a new owner of the house, trying to navigate the utility room can be daunting. He gave an honest quote with lots of options and fixed what was needed at the moment. Super happy. What I like about Knight's Plumbing is that they give a quote before they begin the work to be sure the client is okay with it, they provide information that is needed or wanted and are always pleasant. I have used Knights Plumbing many times and been more than satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contracted Knight Plumbing and Heating to install an A/C system in my home. They called the morning of the installation day and I had to cancel because I had double booked myself. We rescheduled for the next day and they showed up later in the day as it was their second job. After scoping the job out they decided to postpone it because they would not have enough time to complete the work. Cody and Ryan showed up today to do the work and did a wonderful job. They took time to communicate ways to do the job better and the finished product is well done. They found and fixed a few existing deficiencies along the way as well. They were extremely conscientious about making everything correct an look good. They also made sure to express appreciation for being chosen to do the work. Excellent work at a very reasonable price.

Phoned to book yesterday and all complete the next morning before noon. Our technician, Steve, was great. He was professional, friendly and courteous and completed the job in great time.
