★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice Paragon has been to my place of business, and twice they have failed to resolve the problem with the furnace failling to turn over and heat.
I suggested the thermostat might be faulty, directly with the technician. It was not changed to check this theory.
Instead once again, they checked the furnace for "codes" and found none, charging us for a service WITHOUT resolving the issue.
Vent & A/C functions work beautifully, however in winter you do really require heating. And since all functions run through the same thermostat, this suggests to me that the thermostat may be the source of the issue.
I was not present for their first visit, so I am unsure to whether or not the same technican attended. If you have a business, I suggest not using Paragon, as they are likely to do little more than abuse your bank account "based on a technicality".
