P	Perry Friesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Canyon Plumbing to change our Poly B to PEX. They changed our 2 story home over in 2 days! I was so afraid they would leave our home with holes everywhere, but they only had to make a couple of holes to do the complete change over! I was so impressed. The plumbers were working every time I showed up. I trusted them and they didn't disappoint. Tiffany in the office was so easy to work with, professional and quick. To change over from Poly B, they were by far the lowest quote, but in the end, came under the price quoted. That was my initial review. Unfortunately, on the evening of the day we moved into our newly renovated home, there was a leak from the faucet of the jacuzzi tub. What a nightmare! We had to shut off the water on Thanksgiving weekend. We had to call our insurance. We just finished 2 months of renovations to fix a problem that we were trying to avoid by changing over the Poly B to Pex. The problem was in the solder joint of the older Poly B sized jacuzzi faucets and the new Pex. Canyon screwed up. Yes, they came, apologized and made it right. They installed a new 4 piece faucet at no charge to us. They also fixed a main water valve they installed incorrectly. But the emotional cost of 2 months of renos was very high.

After 2 bad leaks and hearing radio ads from Canyon Plumbing I decided to call and get a quote. The quote was very reasonable and was told they'd need 3 1/2 days to do the job. So we booked a hotel & booked in at 3pm, then half an hour later they called & told me they were finished! So because it took less time than expected they adjusted the bill & we also saved a couple days on the hotel!! Though, I did have a couple concerns about the new hose bibs replaced, they promptly came & installed different ones. I am a very satisfied customer! Thank-you Canyon Plumbing!!

I had to book off a portion of my work day to make sure I was home for the guy to be here. He showed up, did what he had to.. not the friendliest. Said he would email me the quote within 2 days. That was Monday morning. That Friday morning, he emails me..”Good morning, unfortunately we are unable to give you a quote.” No give us a call, no explanation!! No consideration!! Still wondering why?!?! I took time off work to have this done!! Replied to the guys email and no reply back!! What a waste of time and money lost from taking time off to be home for them! It’s not the cheapest of jobs, and definitely putting our money in a company that has respect for its customers, definitely not with Canyon!! Dont waste your time here!!!!

We had poly b lines removed and replaced with bex, and it was all done with minimal disruptions and only 2 holes in the entire house, one under the kitchen sink and the other in a basement bulkhead which they covered with a grill for easy access. They also replaced our old water heater. Big shout out to Brad and Kyle, who were fantastic! Very friendly, professional and darn hard workers. My husband and I feel they went above and beyond what we had expected. Many thanks for such excellent customer service, guys!
