★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracy Salzman is the most useless insurance rep I have ever dealt with.
She did not set up a rental after I was rear ended. She never got back to any voicemail or email. She pushed her prefered shop on me saying that she couldn't "warranty the repairs" if I went to my own preferred shop. (The body shop will warranty their work, not the insurance company).
Tracy repeatedly fought me in every step of a very stressful situation, to the point where I got the body shop from my dealership to contact her directly due to their experience with insurers.
She failed to communicated with the other party's insurance even after I provided her with all the necessary contact information for the other party.
If you get Tracy, switch reps. You will regret using her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not insure anything with this company. This company took at least 3 weeks to respond to my emails and did anything they could to avoid paying for treatment/wage loss. They stalled for as long as possible and never paid me my last month benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s this company not professional at all. Their stuff so rude. They did so many damages at my place. Because they hire cheapest company for renovation. And don’t want getting responsibility for that companies what they hire to moving stuff or who was doing renovation. And they also was yelling at me and all my neighbours hear that. I’m so disappointed.
