NGC Product Solutions is seeking a dynamic individual to become our next permanent full-time JR Operations Coordinator. We are looking for an employee who will be responsible for the operational execution of all transactional sales opportunities (SOP’s). The JR Operations Coordinator will also coordinate with production and the suppliers, with the guidance of SR Operation Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of all SOP’s.

Responsibilities:
Strategy
• Successfully executing operational processes; and,
• Successfully creating the BOM and preparing transactional quotations; and,
• Converting quotations into orders, thus creating production orders and supplier PO’s for approval by SR’s, etc.; and,
• Coordinating with SR’s, Project Managers and Production

Education:
Certificate in Business Administration, or equivalent education
Experience:
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; and,

• Demonstrate ability to complete tasks, with a strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate would be responsible for the fabrication and execution of all shop and field orders for the company.

• Reporting progress to the Production Lead and to the Production team;
• Working with the Product Lead, Project Manager & Production Group to optimize manufacturing processes and enable NGC’s production capacity to continue to grow with the company;
• Identifying pitfalls in current deliverables and implementing contingency plans to ensure successful completions of projects.

The Individual:
Given the leading role this individual will play in the company’s future growth and success, it is essential that the successful candidate possess the following education, experience, and personal characteristics:
Education:
• Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or Technologist discipline or trade (ie: pipefitting, instrumentation, welding, machinist, etc.)
Experience:
• Demonstrated proficiency in equipment operation (pipe threading, welding, waterjet, etc);
• Demonstrated proficiency in hand tools (grinding, router, table saw, etc.)
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic CAD programs
