★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing review on behalf of my mom who received exceptional service yesterday (Nov 8) from Scott. She had issues with her water tank which was missing components from a repair. Scott was very professional, early for service and extremely knowledgeable and patient with her as he explained what he was working on and why. He also cleaned up after he was done replacing parts for the venting system. She highly recommends Neptune's service and plans on using them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked everything about Neptune Plumbing and Heating right from when Courtney handled our query about our plumbing problem, to when Derek and Dustin showed up to give their professional assessment of the work and costs to be done in order to fix our problem( the hose from our old washing machine was seized on the hot water tap ) They replaced the hot and cold water taps for our new washing machine, installed the hoses on our washing machine, cleaned up and put the washing machine and dryer back in place. I especially liked the way Derek went over all of the work that he and Dustin did prior to them leaving. I would definitely use Neptune Plumbing and Heating again and would have no problem recommending them.

On the day of the appointment I received a call regarding a minor change in the time of the appointment due to another customer cancellation and then was informed when the plumber was on his way. Colyn fixed the leaking pipe promptly and answered additional questions regarding potential future plumbing issues.
Will definitely use Neptune in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking an appointment was easy and straightforward. When Derek arrived on site, he did a thorough inspection of the existing water heater (which had been in the house for 20 years). After we decided to replace it, he did a careful, thorough job of removing the old one, and further inspection at removal showed that the dip tubes in the old unit were also worn to the point of disintegration.
I also appreciated that he was willing to fix a badly corroded furnace vent pipe at the same time - it was an incidental discovery made during inspection and something of a rude surprise. (Yes, apparently after 40 years, galvanized steel does disintegrate)

They gave me a quote for a new system and ordered the unit that day. Got a call the next day informing me that they could install the unit on Friday. Service was great. Dustin was very professional and on time and reviewed the complete system when installation was complete. I would highly recommend Neptune Plumbing to all my friends and family.
