About Douglas Square Chiropractic & Massage
Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, Dr. Mintz has been the Clinic Director/Chiropractor at Douglas Square Chiropractic since 2000. He has been practicing chiropractic since 1999 and is a certified Active Release Techniques (ART) provider as well as a certified Graston and Shockwave provider. Although he has had experience treating football players in the CFL and hockey players in the AJHL, the vast majority of people he treats are everyday folks like you in the local community.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Mintz treats a lot of neck and back pain, but he also has a keen interest in treating problems in the shoulders, arms and legs that result from sports injuries or repetitive motion activities. In his treatment plan, Dr. Mintz takes into account how not only the bones of the spine are moving, but also how the muscles that control them may be contributing to the problem.
When he’s not in the office he enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding in the Kootenays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been having Amber working on my back/shoulders for about a year now (massage). Today I went and saw Trevor for a Chiropractic assessment. I've had a predominantly negative view of chiro's since a bad experience with one in 2010. I am happy to find that Trevor is honest and knows what he's talking about.
My wife also goes here and enjoys her time with Amber.
I recommend both Amber and Trevor for their respective services. Both are professional and have considerable experience in their respective fields. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The practitioners that work here are all absolutely amazing. It is the absolute best chiropractic and massage clinic I have ever been to. I don't know what I would do without Trevor, Jessica and Amber... they keep me walking upright and have been essential for many years in managing my Lupus, Fibromyalgia and the rest that comes with it. They do amazing things and work together to work on treatment plans. I have never met such compassionate and kind practitioners that truly care. It's like my second home!

She knows when she needs to go see him and is excited to go. The office is very well run and they always have great scheduling times that work around our very busy schedule

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many years, I was pleased to find Dr. Trevor still has his practice in Douglasdale. When I booked in originally I spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone. At my appointment today I felt a little less welcome by front desk, and rushed after when booking next appointment, I don't believe it was the same lady I spoke to when I booked. That said, Trevor took his time, was thorough when updating my file and injuries, and I feel like I'm on the path to healing. I feel better already. As a chiropractor Trevor rates 5 stars.
