★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abhorrent in every single way, other than the tellers, they're great. The entire back office are so incompitent, arrogant and ignorant I dread even stepping foot in this place. No one at this branch appears to know what they're doing at all. Everyone has to ask someone else how to do something...it's ridiculous! This is the worst bank in the city by far. These people will lose your money, waste your time, cost you money, pass the buck and make mistake after mistake without any accountability at all. I have never in my life seen a business operated as terribly as this bank branch. How is this branch still in service. One star is far too much.
