I live close by this branch and frequent this TD Bank for both business and personal banking needs. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the lineups move nice and fast. I have never spent a long time waiting. Thumbs up! No complaints here! I am a very happy customer!

The crack squad of numerical geniuses working here managed to screw up opening a couple of new accounts for me, resulting in a large sum of my money getting lost somewhere inside the TD "matrix" for several hours. Customer service and professionalism needs work.

Went in to get forms signed for gst cheques lost in mail . Stood in line for 40 minutes with 2 people standing in front of me . While the worker was signing my cheques stopped midway to go watch the other lady unjam there cash machine . Standing there just watching her . Finally came back and finished signing what was 2 signatures . Making my visit there an hour long... with as I stated 2 other people in there ... worst service ever . Don't go here unless you like standing there watching people confused on getting there job done .

I came in 10 minutes to closing because I was having an issue with my new access card. I thought it was a simple replacement, but it turned out there was a bigger issue with my account. I offered to come back another day when there was more time, but the agent, Leanne, insisted that she would get it done for me. We were there a good 10-15 minutes past closing, and the whole time Leanne was on the phone advocating for me and making sure I had access to my money right away. Thank you so much!

Terrible customer service!!! PLEASE READ. DO NOT GO HERE!! The financial advisor, Chukwuka Chimah clearly listen to instructions and caused several days delay when transferring funds. I complained to the Assistant Branch Manager. She said she would escalate this matter to the Branch Manager. Next thing you know, they blocked all the accounts, causing the debit card to be useless for 2 days. Had to drive 30 minutes to this branch to fix this matter. When asked what was wrong, the assistant branch manager played dumb and said, " oh nothings wrong :)". What a waste of time. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The workers here are not qualified to handle clients and offer extremely low standards of customer service. Will be moving all my assets to a different bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TD BANK!

Always problems dealing with this branch. They took out 1 atm awhile back ,now the only one left hasn't worked properly for almost 2 years. On numerous occasions the atm just returns your cheque with no explanation. The same thing when depositing cash ,it counts it then returns it. I have complained at least 4or 5 times in the last 2 years only to be told their automated system will flag a problem and have somebody fix it. Yah right. Today I deposited cash (at the teller )only to have a miscount and be told my deposit was out $20.I had to kick in another $20.Then I get home and have a 2 second message on my answering machine. Call display said it was TD.I phoned the number back only to have an automated message telling me the branch was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I just left the branch 20 minutes before. TD is absolutely brutal when it comes to trying to reach somebody on the phone. P.S. I checked my account online just now and found a deposit of $20 to my account. They must have somehow caught their mistake after I went back and waited in line a second time only to be told the machines don't make mistakes.( I wanted another recount ) What gives?. No explanation ,no message.no service. No BIG GREEN CHAIRS at Quarry park Branch. This just in...Seeing as TD apparently lacks the will to address customer issues I tried phoning the Quarry park branch ( It's now the next day )and low and behold I got an answer. After explaining yesterdays turn of events I was informed that the bill counting machine had in fact gotten one of my $20 bills stuck inside. Imagine my shock after being assured several times that their "machines don't make mistakes". I don't know how this branch even functions. Perhaps I should get a job in customer service, after all I do have my own BIG GREEN CHAIR.

I'm very upset with the service I received. I was told by phone that replacement access cards cannot be sent to a PO box and that I'd have to travel to a branch. Sucks being a rural customer but I drove hours to the city and thought this would be a simple replacement since my access card had just simply expired. Everything seemed well and I left with my new card. I return home and only discover this morning that my new access card doesn't work. I then try to login to my app and it says my accounts been locked and I have no access. I tried to call the branch but was redirected to easyweb help line, they were able to unlock my online account but said I would need to go to a branch to get a replacement card. Just love having my time be completely wasted and to be told I need to travel again. Thank you for that. I also seemed to have caught COVID during my travels so again thank you for that. As an immunocompromised person I've been safe at home throughout this pandemic but you forcing me to travel to a branch just because my access card expired has put me at risk for literally nothing because I still don't have an access card.
