x	xoxo swsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We looked on both RBC's website and this branch's Google listing and both verified that they were still open Saturdays during COVID. We drove an hour to get here for a necessary transaction only to find that they were closed on Saturdays. Perhaps if you updated your information and didn't waste your client's time you would receive a much better review.

We had a corporate director change (one director removed) and before we set up a meeting at this branch, staff gave us incorrect information, that, when we went to the meeting nothing could be done. It was faster as easier for us to clear the account and go to a different bank and reopen the account. We're not sure RBC knows about this faulty process within their system.

People come to the bank for a variety of reasons and sometimes the wait can take longer because of this - especially at peak times. This being said, I've always received good service from the staff and manager.
g	guy jamaleddine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with visa and was trying to deal with it for roughly 3 weeks. I was getting nowhere quick, was told next week 4 times. I eventually had to go the branch, explained my situation to Jacquelin, the branch Manager. Jacqueline went above and beyond to solve my issues. Her and all her staff were great and helped me get what visa had promised but failed to deliver upon. Would definitely recommend dealing with Jacqueline as she cares about good customer service and I know I will be taken care of fairly with her there!
J	Jared Ramsden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to use this bank branch for any reason, I would suggest using the drive through ATM only, because that way you won't have to deal with the rude and ignorant employees! Buying a home is stressful enough as is, but the staff at this branch go out of their way to make it even more stressful with absolutely appalling customer service. Way to go, keep up the terrible work! If I could give 0 stars, I would!
