★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a Wednesday night, it was quiet when I first entered and one server for the bar side. Management came to help out after she got 4 extra tables almost right after us.
She was friendly and kind and service was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hamburger literally tasted like dishwasher soap. An hour later, brushed my teeth multiple times, I still can’t lose the dishwasher flavor.
This is my third consecutive bad experience at this location (my in-laws live close and insist on this location). I’ve refrained from previous reviews due to 1) warm soup and 2) cold steak, but this #3 dishwasher burger Had to be reviewed.
The toilet was broken but we were given instructions to “put hand in toilet and pull on the chain” to flush. Something is going on as this used to be a good location but recently it’s become so bad (wait time, food temperature, food quality) that I’m actually in a bad mood after this experience. Hopefully the dish-soap flavor can go away to stop reminding me of the worst hamburger I’ve ever had (by far).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular location has always been somewhat of a dissapointment. Needs better management and more professional workers who genuinely care about their job and their customers. Appears to be run by kids who just got their first job. The problem is not young persons working in the establishment, it's their seemingly lack of guidance from anyone with any professionalism. This location has long been run in this fashion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I went in recently and were served by Dani. She gave amazing service; she was sure to offer refills and things like ketchup before we even needed to ask, her service was quick and attentive, and she was extremely nice and personable. Great service from Dani!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The servers here have given me amazing service every time I come here. Always such a good time and the service is always great. They always check up on me so I am never thirsty or hungry, I always leave satisfied. I’m a regular and whenever Dani, Jamie, Jenna, or Emma serve me I always leave happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is okay but not as wonderful as other spots in Calgary. The patio is along the main road and the restaurant side is always freezing. It also feels very dark and ghostly. The lounge is lively and has a better vibe.
The food is consistent, nothing special. Their wing nights on Wednesday are good. We get the all meat bites (basically a chicken nugget) with their delicious BBQ Sauce and our favourite, Memphis Hot. The cactus cuts are always 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best BP I have ever been to! My partner and I were both very happy with the meals we got! Steak was perfectly seasoned and grilled, the sides that were recommended complemented the steak very well! Pasta we ordered was made as we have asked. Extra cheese and baked! Our appetizers were delicious as well! This location have very accommodating staff! Well deserved 5stars!! Definitely we will return to this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a family dinner and had amazing service. It was nice to see lots of families with kids out that night - kids eat free all March.
Our server was super friendly and courteous. Our food came pretty quick and we had 0 complaints. One of the meals took longer than the others and we were given a discount on the bill. It was quite busy that night so the manager was helping out. He was very helpful and attentive.
The meals were hot and the drinks were great! We’ll definitely return.
