M	Macy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a new photo for my class 5 and was satisfied with it, but when I received it in the mail the photo was the old one. the nice lady taking my photo was very helpful with taking my new photo, taking the time to take it twice. when I received the new licence i was very angry and disappointed. I don't really understand why this mixup happened and now i am stuck with an awful photo.

Roberta is the one who answered my call and Roberta helped me right through the process and followed up immediately to ensure I got what I needed quickly. The service I got was nothing short of fantastic which I find rare to say these days.

He was really helpful and made the environment relax and convenient. The stuff were really friendly as well. I recommend this place to everyone who has a test.

Going to a registry is already a stressful situation, and then adding on top of it poor service and unfriendly staff makes for a horrible combination. We needed to get our marriage license (and were already crunched for time due to a miscommunication on my part). The registry refused to process our application in the last hour of business - we arrived at 5 and they close at 6. For comparison, we went to another registry on Southland Drive and they processed our application and gave us our license within 10 minutes. This is a business specific policy (as opposed to an Alberta policy) and it not conducive to anyone that works during the day.

They play nice music (and your waiting is not as dull) and the quality of the service and speed of delivery are both 5 star graded. I can't praise them enough for creating a good honest and proper customer experience.
