I went today for a session with Anton, and it was great. He made some subtle improvements to my technique that immediately felt better for my back, improved my balance and made it feel like I'll be able to get a lot more power. Overall a great experience and I'll be lifting safer and with more power.

I have to say, Anton Joseph and Strive is the best. Not only is he and his team on top of the most current and innovative methods in training athletes, but as a health care provider focused on idealizing human body function, I appreciate the strong focus they have on ensuring proper technique and establishing a foundation of movement. This really is the key to long term growth and enhanced performance. Great company and great vision. I recommend anyone and everyone to work with Anton and his team!

The owner of the gym is not answering my messages, he must have blocked my number. This place also never followed any of the covid-19 protocols, putting every person in the facility at risk. There are a lot better and cheaper gyms out there.

Seriously great for anyone looking to get started with a personalized workout/food routine like myself. The workout area is in the same building as the SWU Soccer Association club so there's a lot of open space to do the exercises.

I can say without a doubt their is no one else in this city that can contribute more towards the goals you want to set for yourself in whatever sport it may be, if it be personal goals of weight loss, muscle gain, stamina or overall wellness this is the place you want to bring yourself to feel more confident in yourself and your abilities. I can say with utter respect & certainty that this facility & Anton & his team are the best trainers in the city. They can train anywhere from a beginner wanting to get ahead at their sport or gain certain fitness goals, all the way to professional athletes of the highest caliber. Do you have goals to feel more empowered, more confident, better about self image or just otherwise want to be in better shape then this is the place to come, from the smallest workouts, to the most intense you will never be disappointed or pushed to hard, building a stronger you is always Anton’s goal not only on the outside but inside as well which is equally if not more important.
