Huge disappointment! We built an estate home with high standard products throughout with the exception of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets which were supplied by Wildwood. Very poor quality, both in the product and the installation. After complaining about the poor workmanship, we were treated disrespectfully and no attempt was ever made to address our concerns. Poor service. Wildwood has no business selling to the luxury market. If you are looking for high quality go with Denca or Ekko.

Wildwood came back to fix some pillars on my island that were cracking because of a bad primer. Carol in service is awesome. Super nice and took care of this in a timely manner. The guy that came to do the replacement did a perfect job. Couldn't be any more pleased. Honest company!!

I bought home from Mattamy and They came to fix minor defects and I was impressed by that.

*** BE AWARE *** VERY POOR QUALITY CABINETS One year old white cabinets on the kitchen and they have peeled off all over . Very poor quality. They refused to honor their one year warranty. They don't even deserve to have one start.

So are you thinking of upgrading your cabinets? Thinking of buying a new house and trying to choose cabinets? Well… I would strongly suggest that you avoid buying anything that uses cabinets from this company. In my case, I decided to buy a new build house from Mattamy. I believe that Wildwood is one of their primary cabinet suppliers. I now totally regret my decision. Had I known what I would have been provided with, I would never have selected the cabinets, nor would I have bought from Mattamy. When you see the home builders’ promotions they usually show pictures of the beautiful kitchens. Well when you look at the attached you can see what Wildwood is trying to pass off as upgraded kitchen cabinets. The ‘upgraded’ white cabinets cost me an additional $6,000. What did I get for that? Cabinets that look like they were made in a junior high shop class. They have used different materials for the doors, valance, moulding and frame. The end result? Cabinets that have at least 3 different shades of white? Doors that don’t sit flush with the cabinet. Basically, a nightmare. There is no attempt to put any thought into the design of their product or the look of that final product. For example, in the case of the ‘wood’ cabinets, they were all mismatched and a huge fight resulted in order for them to understand that the grain should run from top to bottom to produce a unified look. Some of the problems just resulted from lazy work. Cabinets faces installed upside down. Touch ups using the wrong colour paint? Overall, cheap fixes that have resulted in a horrible product that both Mattamy and Wildwood are trying to get me to accept. Looking at the attached pictures, would you want this in your new home? Would you pay extra for this 'upgrade'? Avoid them at all costs.

Just believe the detailed reviews you see here and on homestars. Low quality product and design, poor customer service. If this is your builder’s cabinet partner, choose a new builder or request an alternate cabinet vendor.
