★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here once for an initial check up and it was fine, nothing to write home about. Went in for a second time because my dog had been vomiting several times throughout the day. Took her in, they did an overall check, basically told me she was fine, but they were worried she may have a blockage in her stomach. They recommended an x-ray for peace of mind. I agreed, obviously I would do anything to make sure my dog was okay.
Vet takes 3 images, comes back and says “Well, it kind of looks like there’s something there, but not really. I don’t know. It might be something that’s like 1cm but we don’t know, she may just vomit it up if there is something there.” I was confused. I ended up paying $535.00 for 3 X-Rays that were useless, and medication that wasn’t even explained to me. I was told to “come back” the next day to do more x-rays - clearly so I could come back, they find nothing again, and I pay another $200+ dollars for their incompetence.
The next day, my dog was feeling better. Called the vet to ask when I should give her this “medication” they gave me (before or after her food) the receptionist told me if she was feeling better to not give it to her, as it will make her throw up. What!? So I paid almost $40 for a medication I didn’t need? I took my dog in to help her stop vomiting, and they send me home with a medication that will make her do so? Seems logical. Needless to say we will not be bringing any of our pets back to this vet, they are clearly in it for the money, and enjoy taking advantage of those people who worry for their pets.

The highest possible care, incredible kindness and open and comfortable disscussions will make me a client for life. Thank you everyone for always making me and my dogs feel welcome, and I know I can call or drop in anytime with questions and concerns. This is the BEST clinic in the city!!

They are professional, beyond accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. It is very clear that everyone there is passionate about our pets(family! They love what they do!
