With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we have made some important updates to our operating policies.
1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!
2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE
- Our doors are OPEN and we are allowing clients into the clinic.
- Continue with curbside pickup of food and medication (unless you have used our online store and are having your order delivered directly to your home). To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on "Online Store".
3. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE
If you wish to connect with a veterinarian via message, phone or video, visit our website and follow the "Online Consultation" link.
4. NEW PET OWNERS

5. OPERATING HOURS
We are OPEN with the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday: CLOSED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If leaving 0 stars was possible, that is what I would grade. Horrible experience. No professionalism. The receptionist, manager, and veterinarian are all incredibly rude and have been since the first day. Completely disorganized, so much so, that we felt uncomfortable even leaving our cat with them for a surgical procedure in the first place. The only reason we went to this place is because we adopted our cat from Petland and the adoption process required we use this specific vet clinic for our cats neuter. They tried their best not to honour everything in the voucher that we paid for in the adoption process because “they don’t have the funds”. They were annoyed with us because we weren’t regular clients and they weren’t making money off of us with regards to the voucher. I see all these good reviews and I can’t help but think that the reason we were treated so poorly, was because we weren’t regular clients and they weren’t making money off of us. I work with dogs everyday, all day, up to 120 in numbers, and this was an absolutely appalling experience. Usually people who work with animals should at least pretend to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very professional and caring. The cat did a good job with my cat, she is usually very stressed and anxious the whole time. But he was able to make her feel calm and relaxed and when he gave her her shots she did not even cry or flinch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always we received kind and patient care at Acadia. Dr. Phillips is always attentive and gentle with our dog who is really timid and nervous in these situations. The trip to the vet is never quite so scary as it could be when we get this kind of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a new vet after a very disappointing first vet visit near my community for my then 2 month old puppy. I looked for a vet in the SW/SE with lots of great reviews, good parking, decent hours and multiple vets in the same location. Acadia Drive Animal Clinic was at the top of the list, and they offered online booking which is so great. They needed to change my appointment date I had requested, but were able to find one close to the same date, so I did not mind.
Dr. Connie Tuck was such a positive, helpful, gentle and thorough vet for my puppy. I was there for 2nd shots and did not expect her to also conduct a free thorough exam, so I was pleasantly surprised. This clinic is still quite close for me to drive, so I will happily return to it during the life of my Aiko.

Dr Blomfield was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He took his time to really understand my concerns and to give my Sophie a thorough exam. I cannot wait to bring my other two pups in to see him! Highly recommend this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought our cat in for a follow up from an emergency visit. Not her usual doctor but this was the first time being able to go into the clinic which was really nice. The doctor explained everything in great detail and answered all the questions we had. He gave us some advice to maintain our cats health and even told us an optional service would not be worth our money which I really appreciated him being honest and truly had his number 1 priority on our cat.
