J	Jen Rooke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed in my last trip to the Cranston location. Took my daughter for a spring break mani/pedi. Both of us have cuts on our cuticles, bleeding and sore. Not fun to be worrying about infection after a spa treatment. Spent way too much for this kind of result. We won't be going back.
D	Debbie Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have tried most nail salons in the area and find Lucky Nails to be the best, i can go 3-4 weeks before i need a fill, and they dont start to lift either which at all other places they do The girls here are very nice, and dont talk and shout loudly at each other in their own language which i find most salons do. Not too happy with their pedicures though

I have been going here for 2 years and even thou yes they would go too deep on my cuticles my nails would last now they fall off, they are shaped wrong, the girl took calls while doing my nails and I realize she was having a bad day but ... I payed full price and tip for subpar nails and service. I wont be going back. Ohh I also mentioned my thumb was loose, it was just glued and now it fell off I have a green fungus AWESOME!!!! not happy
D	D LM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst manicure I have ever received in my life. I have been going to Lucky Nails in Lake Bonavista off and on for years. First I would just "walk-in", but as they got busier, I started making appointments, which are totally useless. I had to wait 1/2 hour before I could get seated at a pedicure station and then my feet were left to prune in hot water before someone had time to even look at me. The pedicure went fine but then the manicure was a disaster. She did not push back my cuticles but started to "cut" with the specialized cuticle snipper and she cut my pinky finger cuticle and it started to bleed. She could not stop the bleeding and then cut my index cuticle as well and it bled. I wanted just a nail strengthener with a top coat but I never received the top coat. My pinky never stopped bleeding and after 1 3/4 hours in there I just wanted out. I was still charged full price for the manicure. Plus all my cuticles are a mess because she would not push them back before cutting. I will never be back.
R	Rebecca Lowry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very friendly and accommodating! I think going to a nails salon should be relaxing and I felt very relaxed and in love with my nails. They went above and beyond my expectations including a heated stone massage for my feet. Very affordable!

I got acrylic nails and they were beautiful, lasted for over 5 weeks and then I cut them off myself. Their service was wonderful and the ladies are all very nice! They have a wide selection of nail colors and were very flexible when I wanted to change the color I had chosen at the very last minute! Planning to go back next week to get a new set and hope for the same results!
L	Laurel Mcintyre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get two broken nails fixed and a change of color, left with the two fixed nails a completely different shape than the rest but filed them the best I could at home. The paint started to bubble and peel later that day, two completely came off. Went to get them re painted the day after with ‘extra curing time’. This is just a few hours after getting them re done. I will be back to have the paint removed. I’ve never had this problem before

It takes around 75mins for my whole package including calves/foot exfoliate, massage chair, both Manicure& Pedicure. Love the nice service and quiet environment:)
