Next they wouldn’t honour a groupon because it was not the first time we used a groupon . It has been years and nothing to indicate this was on the groupon site.
They wouldn’t honour it, nor did they know how to get a refund from groupon. How can you endorse a program when you don’t know the progress.
Owner of spa, extremely unprofessional, commented over and over it was all about making money.
We’ll be sure to reduce her income by telling everyone we know that money is there only concern, not customer experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this spa and it WON'T be the last! Great experience. I purchased a groupon for a pedicure and also had a manicure. Super clean, Brittany was awesome, My feet and hands are lovely. Definitely would recommend and I will be going back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried several times to book an appointment. I did finally book an appointment, more than a week in advance. They cancelled my appointment that was scheduled for my birthday with less than 24 hours notice and wouldn't give an explanation for why. Very disappointing experience, sadly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and owner. Did a great job on mine and my roommates pedicures. The shop was very clean and looked very professional. My only problem was how the owner complained that we had a Groupon that we wanted to use. And how she loses money by using Groupon, I totally understand where she's coming from but if you don't want people using Groupon then don't advertise on there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Groupon for a pedicure. Called them and left a message for them to call me back to book an appointment four times and never got a return call. I finally contacted Groupon and now have a credit. What a waste of time and money. My advise.... Don't bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They won't pick up any of my calls. I've called several times as well as a called a couple weeks ago and they still wouldn't pick up. Very unprofessional, I have a groupon which is now expired. I can't get anything from it so thank you for being a unprofessional. I understand if they are busy but I've called during operating hours and no one picks up goes straight to voicemail.
