★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Gary about 4 years ago when we purchased our house and it was mainly his pricing was good(on cheaper side)..
He missed lots of big issues in the house; asbestos on the carpet and linoleum but Gary didn’t even mention anything about it! We found out ourselves (after we purchased the house) and asked Gary to send sample to the lab and there were asbestos..(spent about $500 on the lab and over $15,000 to remove asbestos)
We also spent $25,000 to replace the roof(flat roof) after we purchased the house..
If we knew all this before we purchased the house we could have negotiated on purchasing price!
Please spend more $ to hire qualified inspector otherwise you will spend way more $ to fix the house afterwards..
Its your call!!!

His booking was for 2 hours and he happily extended it to keep working onto the 3rd hour.
He was respectful and offered to meet up once again for the walk through before the final purchase.

Mike happily answered all of my questions as he took me through the house, and clearly explained to me the work needed to be done with the first home and potential drawback associated with every aspect of the home I was going to buy. Very detailed report of the home inspection findings. Mike was very knowledgeable and provided invaluable insights all through the process. If you need an inspection, especially if you don’t know much about home-ownership and you are first time buyer like me call Mike.

Mike was on the site before scheduled time to observe the house from outside, he was very professional, explained everything and suggested ways to act. The pricing was reasonable and the overall experience was very pleasant.

His report was also incredibly detailed, he took photos of everything and gave in-depth explanations. By far the best home inspection we have had. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
