Scott did a very thorough inspection and prepared the building inspection report with a very logical organization, a very easy-to-read indicative presentation and illustration by applying digital photos. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scott provided a very thorough report about the property that I was looking at, pointing out various issues that needed further exploration and providing loads of very useful information for future reference. I was unable to attend the inspection in person, so Scott discussed his findings in detail over the phone and was available for further follow-up questions by phone and eMail. Overall, highly recommended.

I gave him a text message and he quickly responded to arranged our appointment for the inspection. I can say he did all the necessary things to inspect and come up a clear and detailed report of the condition of the house.
