★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very grumpy staff/dispatch. Clueless to what freight they are holding most of the time. Main office should tell drivers warehouse procedures before giving them a door number. That way they dont get yelled at for waiting in their truck during a pandemic, like I was yelled at. Disgusting behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am highly disappointed with the service rendered here. The time to pick up luggages was never indicated on the receipt or invoice. Was told service is 24/7, got there on Saturday at 6:30pm only to be told to come back on Monday. It is quite annoying. No star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. They have no accountability to the customer, nor make any effort to complete a delivery in a safe and reasonable manner. Ultimately, i am paying for the delivery, i should not just be stuck with unprofessional customer service.
I understand that they will not deliver to the house, but at least drop off somewhere within the property and not just outside. Leaving the package on the driveway it is not a complete delivery. Anyone could come with a truck and take the package, no matter how heavy it is. And no-one but me will be responsible. Will never accept delivery from this company again.
