★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was supposed to deliver a box to my residence from the south of Calgary to the north. a 20 min drive. They stated that it will be delivered anytime between 10-2. However, they didn’t show up. I had to stay at home the whole day to receive the box. However, It never showed up. An email or call or anything stating that it won’t arrive today would have been nice. But no statement causing my whole day to be wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in the service, will be moving on from using them. Last two shipments picked up with interline company. Both times no sticker tracking number provided. One time they didn't even show up to pick up until the next day with no call or warning. Call was place early in the morning for pick up. Second shipment sent on a Tuesday from Calgary to Saskatoon. Delivered on the following Monday. That's right 5 Business days to Saskatoon. The lady in customer service is the only good part about them, but doesn't fix the multiple issues. Here's an idea, Let your customers know if you cant pick up the same day, and if your regularly scheduled shipment times are running behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I've ever had a shipment coming through KTL and it will be my last. I have a fairly large piece of equipment approx 300 - 400 lbs in a 6'x4'x4' crate that they lost. Delivery was June 7th and it was not delivered so we followed up, got a run around answer from a couple different ladies there and no resolution for nearly two weeks. It was then relocated last week and I was told it would be delivered on the 21st. No delivery. Now they just respond with ETA is June 24th. No apologies, no sincerity, I am not happy with this service one bit. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shipping company, ordered something freighted from Edmonton to Calgary (3.5 Hour drive if your a snail) on Wednesday Nov/24/21, it is now Nov/30/2021 and still have not received my shipment. Customer service is terrible and cannot follow a simple instruction for a pickup at the depot on two separate days. Have been told it was out for delivery twice, waited till 9pm last night and still nothing. Avoid at all costs: Update- Worst than previously thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There LCV drivers like going well over 100kms hour on hwy1 in Alberta, more like 108 kms/hr even though the permit states 100kmhr max.
Unprofessional drivers they have working for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to deal. They are rude and one driver refused to unload a shipment because we did not have a forklift and left. Pity Google does not have zero stars, they do not even deserve one star. We are switching to another company... yeah!

Be careful with Intco Canada on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DANGER ⚠️ shipping company. I asked them Quote for my shipping Toronto to Calgary and they gave me and I asked them to pay and pick up my items. They wait 3 days and when was pick up day they changed price and almost doubled fee. Waste may time and give me to much problem but I found more cheaper and professional shipping. That’s why be careful if you wanna try them. DANGER COMPANY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmhh well, I did say it was a great place to work when I started 6 months ago.. the dispatch and planning team are the best I have ever experienced, very supportive.
"The management"... I have learned if you don't have anything good to say.. don't!.. there you go.
This company is very meager, does not even provide the most basic items... safety vest? There is No safety team or direction.
That's it... with a new company now..
