By far the worst company that I have had the displeasure of interacting with. From the equipment they offer, to the service provided, you might as well take the money your spending with this company and set it on fire. Problem starts at the top and works its way down to the regular employees, a company built on greed, and stupidity. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys, there are way better options out there.

WORST support ever!!! Simple tech support question passed through reception and get emailed second hand answer from reception that do not help. Told 1 - 5th time I called that some one would call right back. Still no phone call. Ongoing issue since dec 2018. Now I just have to start replacing parts I believe are the issue. quality of the make up units are poor.

Very nice working with Tyler and his team. They were actually quite accommodating and prompt. I had heard otherwise in the past but I personally had no issues dealing with them whatsoever. I would definitely use them again.

Ever since the new service manager Tyler took over, dealing with warranties and service related items and has been night and day! Knowing he his part of their team now, we look forward to working with ICE western sales on our next contracts.

I WOULD ALSO GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. ICE is the absolute worst company to deal with. We purchased a new HVAC unit from them that has never run properly from the start. The issues started right from the beginning. They sent out a completely green commissioning guy who did not know their own product at all. He did not even commission the unit he basically just flew home one night and left the unit uncommissioned and not fully working. The unit would run for 1-2 hours and then trip on a combustion fan alarm. It constantly needed a reset on the alarm for the unit to start up again. Over the first year we tried working with the company to get this resolved and they just threw their hands up in the air and did nothing. Finally after about one and a half years, they decided to tell us that the installation of the gas line was incorrect. I asked them for a commissioning report stating this. They could not provide this. I also asked where the installation specifications where stating required line size and pressure. The only thing they could provide was a pressure spec. I also asked Jim Clancy, their owner, why we would be tripping on combustion air fan if it was a gas pressure/ flow issue. He could not answer that question, just told me that it needed to be fixed. Through troubleshooting I found that one of their circuit boards that are related to the combustion air fan was overheating. The temperature spec on the board is 40c max. The control panel has no ventilation for it and runs around 40c regularly in the winter. Obviously this is an issue. Installing a fan and a vent duct has solved the issue and the unit now runs with no issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AWFUL TO WORK WITH AND DO NOT PROVIDE A WORKING UNIT. THEIR SUPPORT ALSO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT.

I was a bit put off by the negative reviews but I felt compelled to write my own review. I've called in for both technical support and ordered parts. The tech support was very prompt and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service. As far as parts go I ordered a part yesterday afternoon and it's in my hand before lunch today. That's from Calgary to BC. Vaclad definitely meant it when he said "il get this out right away". I received prompt and friendly service . Look forward to dealing with them in the future.

We had ICE Western come out and set up an older make up air with linkage that fell apart. We had a hard time figuring how it went back together so we called in the manufacture. They sent out their tech and he put it back together and set it up perfect with the combustion analysis. Now the unit runs great. Thanks again.

Not going to lie, the first time we used ICE Western. We were not overly impressed but now after dealing with their service team and Tyler there. My tune has changed. The service team (Tyler) has been nothing but amazing and accommodating. They have helped out in so many ways, that I would gladly work with them again.
