★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero review I would. You drop a pallet on my managers foot and refuse accountability. You miss appointments and don’t call and now you call a lawyer on my company because I tell Bill we don’t want to do business anymore. My invoices are current and not even overdue. There is a new generation of customer that doesn’t and won’t tolerate this kind of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an appointment with the dispatcher for 12:30 PM as our business doesn't open till then.
Then the driver called us maybe 20 times trying to get someone to come in and accept the delivery. We told him on the very first call that we scheduled for 12:30, and that no one would be there until then. He continued calling repeatedly, we talked to the dispatcher explaining the situation. And the dispatcher told us to talk to the driver again, which was weird because nothing changed with our circumstance.
Apparently we were the last delivery so he just didn't to work. Driver arrived at 12:15 and started blasting our call centre again just to be told that we would be there at 12:30. Really poor customer service, 10/10 would recommend hiring someone else.
