★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people to deal with. They got what we needed done on a Cargo Van for our client, and at a great price compared to others. Straight forward no surprises when it was all said and done. Being in the auto industry I call and deal with parts stores, suppliers etc. Some sound very unhappy when you call some dont know what they can do or can't do. Others just dont want to take the extra few seconds it takes to provide great customer service. And thats what it all boils down to. Its how you treat each and every customer that calls your business, emails, or walks in the door. Thank you for being true professionals. We look forward to doing business with you again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a wheelchair ramp installed in a Ford Transit van. Caleb knew we had a 3 hr drive each way in order to make the appointment and then return home. He was waiting for us when I arrived, offered a few suggestions about how best to position and mount the ramp then took it into the shop immediately to begin the job. The Van was ready in the promised timeframe, ramp installed, van cleaned and a quick demonstration of how the ramp functions provided before we headed home. Thanks to Caleb, our installer and Expertec for their excellent customer service in accommodating our travel needs and the great job on the install.
