★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented our first unit with Bluebird Self Storage back in October to temporarily store our hot tub. The facility is immaculate, units are easy to access, and unloading in the breezeway without having to worry about the weather is a huge plus. And the girls at the front are such a pleasure to deal with!
We have since brought our hot tub back to the house, but I switched to a different storage unit as we now need the room to store stuff while we prepare our house for sale. Switching storage units was so easy, and the girls made sure that all my needs were met. Even after realizing that we soon needed a bigger unit, the switch over was made in such an uncomplicated manner. Wynter made sure that the new storage locker was close to our current one, so we would have an easier time moving boxes from the old to the new locker.
Having a 50% sale on storage units right now was such an amazing deal for us. After all the costs of renovating, this came just at the right time.
I could not be happier with Bluebird Self Storage. Wynter, Allyson, and Ingrid are excellent at what they do. While good customer service is somewhat of a rarity these days, these guys really excel at it and I value that very much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alyson one of the staff members was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful walking me around till I find the right unit. The facility was easily accessible with the equipment for moving items and the elevators where incredibly roomy. Hours of operation were fantastic. We had to access many times and never had any issues. We purchased a lock thru the company and it was very secure. The facility was clean and warm which was an amazing feature you don’t always get. I appreciated the great prices and the wonderful staff. I highly recommend this facility and may use them again in the future!

Indoor fully heated, access to load and unload. Staff are pleasant and efficient for signing up and billing. State of the Art Storage, great value for the services and facilities provided.
