Mr Sponge Auto Spa - Calgary

Took my gf’s SUV for a Gold interior detail on Nov 1st. Staff were very friendly, vehicle was completed in the time frame we were told and they gave us a courtesy call about 15-20mins before the vehicle was ready so it would be done when we got there. Results were great and my gf is really happy with the results.

Amazing service. Staff is extremely polite and professional. I went with platinum package and my car looks brand new. Will be recomending to my more friends and family. Thanks Mr Sponge.

I am so amazed with the fantastic service at Mr Sponge. This is my daughters car and it was baaaaddd! It's now like new again. Super pleased??

Not only was the customer service excellent but I was so happy with the interior cleaning. My car looked brand new, the seats were thoroughly cleaned as were all the nooks. Additionally the timing was precise, and I received a call as a reminder and a call for pick up. Very happy with the service and cleaning.

I would give a 2.5 if I could. I have used this place numerous times and they were excellent. A few weeks ago my friend went to have her car detailed, upon my glowing recommendation. She came straight over to show me after. It was VERY disappointing. They had her take a peek in the interior and it looked good, until she was in it- and saw it wasn’t that clean. The cup holders were not cleaned well, there was still hair between the console and seat. Terrible job. Not sure if I’ll even go back myself. Maybe they have new workers.

Not as good as it used to be...I bought the Gold Interior Detailing. In the past it used to include the exterior wash and now it doesn't. For their original returning customers like myself I am not impressed. They want an extra $30 for the exterior. So I went to pick up my truck with a full interior detail and the outside covered in dirt and old bugs. What is the point lol they go hand in hand none of the door jambs or anything were done as that is not considered interior NOR exterior that is an additional cost as well. $200 for interior only plus all their new add on costs and you are looking at $300 plus. Why not let people know when they are booking hey do you want interior or exterior or both. They go hand in hand a detail is a detail it's like saying you get the ice cream but not the cone unless you ask for it...seriously. The products they use are not that great and leave the leather really slimy and there is a white residue a few days later. For the price they should be using premium products for leather/interior vinyl's. Nice people and same owners/workers but like everyone these days they are charging ridiculous prices for less service/quality now. They don't stand out anymore as being that place in which you are getting a great job/service for a respectable fair price...it leaves you with buyers remorse and it's disappointing as they were once that place. The market has changed fair enough but good long term business owners don't take advantage of their customers that KEEP them in business they recognize that this is a moment in time & the economy that will pass and providing the same level of service & quality is longevity. You can get private detailing for less and WAY better results & products at this price point and right to your home if you like. So this was my last visit to Mr Sponge to bad.

Amazing service, staff was extremely polite and professional. They were ready to accept my car upon arrival and got right to work. My car did not only come back spotless, but it looks brand new. Will be recommending Mr. Sponge to all my family and friends. Thank you for the amazing work.

Very poor detailing job. Returned with same car to be done properly 4 times pls see pictures. Once is wet and greasy looks OK after couple of day once interior is dry is same as before detailing
