All the instructors I've had are amazing and the studio has a great atmosphere! The timing and variety of classes they offer is top notch, I can always fit in what I need with my busy schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This yoga studio is the best yoga studio I've been to in the city. I've attended many throughout, and I'm #mindblown that this studio does not win Yoga studio of the year. Not only are the instructors absolutely amazing and challenge you like there is no tomorrow but the bathrooms are spotless, and the receptionists are awesome, always quick to serve and help you find your way to the class. I recommend this for anybody in the city. They offer all sorts of classes, regular, warm, and hot, so the temperature is never too much. So everybody go there. You won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great yoga studio. Soul excites me when I enter the lobby and brings me calm when I enter the studio. The variety of classes is fantastic however I’m addicted to the hot core. The 6am classes make me feel like lightning- they bring me power and energy to start my day.
