★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice studio and great instructors, however they have the room set up so that your mats are so extremely close together that you cannot comfortably, or sometimes even attempt certain positions and poses. I could not even be in shavasana without touching my neighbour. This really limits your ability to have a productive and rewarding practice. Hopefully this is changed in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From all of the yoga studios in Calgary, I love coming to this one! The flow and core classes are my favourite cuz I always feel stronger afterwards! Such great instructors too, always giving alternative positions for beginners as well as challenging regular yogis to push themselves beyond what they think they're capable of. Overall, would highly recommend this place - can definitely sweat your problems away :D

This year, I received a 20 class pass as a gift and have noticed significant growth in my skills, flexibility, and relaxation. The studio is beautiful and a real escape from the everyday. The teachers are all fantastic, professional and caring, the facility is always clean and they take COVID protocols seriously, and their pricing is competitive and they run promotions from time to time. I haven't been to a hot class in a while because I'm expecting, but the lemongrass towels were always the best! Thank you, Breathe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who is an ultra beginner to hot yoga I was bit nervous to attend a studio like this as I thought it might be 'advanced yogis only'. I couldn't have been further off base! This studio is incredibly welcoming and I have always felt comfortable here, there is a great variety of classes at wide range of different times. I love the online booking system! The studio itself is gorgeous, clean and relaxing - I always feel more at peace and present when I leave. The real gem here are the staff and instructors, very kind and helpful. I will definitely be continuing my practice at Breathe.
