★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just started going there. Wanted to find a good studio for beginners to get back to basics and to be able to practice with a friend who hadn't practiced before. We thought we'd have to try a few places out but this studio is exactly what we wanted. The instructors and the classes are amazing. The atmosphere for the Foundations classes is really open, chatting beforehand isn't discouraged, they have been open to discussing injuries and have been very light hearted. I appreciate this in a studio, it feels really really welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the yoga studios I've practiced at throughout Calgary, YDC quickly won my heart. It's a small, simple space but with a wonderful atmosphere and community. The teachers are highly experienced and knowledgeable, and are dedicated to helping students learn and improve. Very grateful for this amazing space to practice yoga!

The teachers are creative, diligent, and understanding. I always learn something of value from each teacher I take a class with.
The variety of classes offered are high quality, challenging in different ways, and very rewarding.
