★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website showed 26 of an item in stock. I arrived to find an empty space. Cross-referencing the HD item number I found the product on an upper shelf in overstock. Finally tracking down an employee, I asked for assistance as there was a ladder in the aisle. He asked what I was looking for so I attempted to show him the Home Depot website with the stock code. He told me that showing him a picture was useless and that I would have to point.
So, I pointed out the empty home, and then pointed out the stock. I then pointed out that I am not being paid by Home Depot to do their jobs.
He produced the product eventually, and I made my way out.
If I wasn't in a situation I would have asked to speak to the manager and left the product behind.
I won't be back, and with so much competition, that won't be an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get a sanding pad for a Mastercraft oscillating tool, which luckily came with an adapter for Dremel attachments (see second picture). I say luckily because what a found at the store (see second picture) was a different model from the one advertised online (see the first picture). When I asked for assistance to find the item I had seen online the guy that came to "help" me find it stuck to telling me that that was the right item according with the store's SKUs numbers and when I tried to tell him about the discrepancy between the manufacturer's model numbers he just kept telling me that that was the right item according to the store numbers. So I just decided to get the one they had available and try the adapter I had at home, luckily the adapter worked perfectly and I was able to use the attachment without any problems.
Update: it seems like they have corrected this mistake, at the time of writing this review, they no longer have online the picture of the item in question here. The picture of this item (first picture) that I post in this review I got from the Amazon Canada website, it's exactly the same item model number and the same price, so I decided to use it instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shawn at Customer Service was super helpful. I went in looking for a new cartridge for my kitchen sink faucet and because of him and his knowledge I was able to get a free one (warranty) instead of paying $25.
The 2 older gentlemen in the plumbing area helped me find the part and they were especially nice to my 2 year old little girl.
Its easy to see that they like kids. It was a good experience. My daughter loves “shopping at daddy’s store”
Which makes me happy because I like shopping there too !!
This is a well run location.
