Z	Zafeer Dossa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a worse haircut!!! I came here for my first time after being given a new client promo coupon. Now like any person who wears glasses, I told the hairdresser exactly what I wanted and took my glasses off. Near the end of my haircut, I was asked if I wanted product and said no... After a few minutes, I was asked again so I said sure why not. My hair was styled and I got to put my glasses back on, everything looked good. When I got home, I took a closer look at it and the hairdresser had shaved a MASSIVE BALD SPOT on the top of my head that she tried to cover when she styled my hair. I went back and had them fix it as best possible to try and hide the giant spot but all I could really do is try to cover it. Not only will it take a few months to grow back, I’m going to need extremely frequent haircuts to try and keep everything even along with the extra product I’m going to have to get to try and keep things covered. This has been a terrible experience! To add to this... I was told that I would be contacted by management to discuss and attempt to rectify the situation. They haven’t given so much as a phone call to apologize. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

A	ASH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at this location is very ordinary. Quality of work does not match the money they charge for haircut. They do not honor any promo coupons even the valid ones. Just want to make money without believing in customer satisfaction and quality of service. Never going back to this location again. To some customers they will give discount coupons for using in next visit and to others they won't; it all depends on the stylist and her mood when you are making payment. Other locations are much more professioal and provide certainly better service.

At DQ on the counter was a coupon for a free haircut at Sport Clip, so I thought I would give them a try. I normally just go to Tommy Guns. To a pleasant surprise, when I arrived, the wait was short. The person who cut my hair was friendly and has a passion for what she does. I showed her the coupon which is for a Varsity cut. She upgraded me to an MVP which includes massaging shampoo, neck massage etc. The haircut overall is really well done. First time in a long time that I genuinely walked out happy with the haircut and didnt have to muddle around with it once I got home. I will definitely be returning. Had I not had the coupon, the MVP would have been about 30 dollars, which is a much better value then TG.
N	Noah Langdon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is.... disturbing to say the least, if I were a woman accompanying a man into this place I would be very uncomfortable, their slogan is "it's great to be a man" and as you go into the hair cutting area, its STRICTLY young ladies doing the haircuts, if I were a female member of staff here I would feel kind of objectified. The haircut my stylist did was good, she actually listened to my concerns and made sure u was getting what I wanted, no question about it i got great service here, it's just the fundamental idea of the company I'm not really cool with
R	Rami Ramadan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like this barbershop, I had free coupons and they forced me to pay, they justified the cost as upcharge for long hair, any change on any policy should be written on the coupon. On the other hand as this barbershop prefer guys, they should have male stylist. Not all girls there have the right to give coupons and they are moody. My overall experience was bad. Management should work hard on the customer satisfaction and his/her experience and try to improve. Thank you anyway.
