Rachel in my hairdresser and she is great! I went in one day with a bad picture and poor description, but I left happy. After a day I decided I didn't like it, so I went back and she was very courteous and professional and fixed my hair to my liking. I really appreciate this customer service and though it was my fault for providing a non ideal description, she really rose up above my expectations. Thank you so much! I will keep going back again and again. The price is also really nice (Rachel doesn't dictate the price) lol

I came here because I went to others of this chain. Got the worst haircut I have ever got. They cut the sides too short and didn’t blend the top with the sides. I had to go elsewhere to get this mess cleaned up. And asked to have half the length I had taken off and she only took a com maybe 2 off. Was not impressed with this and will not be returning!

Rachel was super nice and she did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She did what I requested and didn't cut off too much. What I loved as well she didn't try and up sell the products like most salons, which is annoying. Thumbs up to Rachel, Thank you again for such a wonderful job and I will be going back every time I need a hair cut :) The prices are affordable, around 20 dollars depending if your getting a wash or your hair styled. Its not like those other salons that charge you 50 and up.. and for what ha-ha I really liked the atmosphere of this place and all the ladies seem really cool :) Update Seen Penny today and she is amazing so down to earth and she jokes around. She makes you feel at home. She did a wonderful job on my hair cut. I totally recommend her ?great job Penny! Update 11/20/17 I’ve come here a few times never really had a bad experience I’ve noticed People that has come in after me the one time it was 3 people and they got in right away , the hair dressers knew these people. That annoyed me because I was there before them waiting at least 20 min. My last visit the hair dresser was the best, she’s not there often which I wish she was. She was super nice cut my hair the way I wanted and she didn’t pressure me to buy stuff. Her name was Cheryl and she has pretty silver/grey long hair. She did an awesome job. Update 11/18/21 Just wanted to say Lindsey did an amazing job, she listened to what I wanted and didn’t cut to much off. She talked to me and asked how I was doing, especially after a bad day she made me smile. She was so nice, I will continue coming here and I recommend Lindsey if you want a hair cut. On another note, I watched a customer be so snotty and rude.. please if you can’t treat people with respect don't go out. These ladies work so hard and they don’t need someone complaining just to complain. There is no need for it. Though I didn’t get my haircut from Rachel last night, her and Lindsey did a wonderful job and I appreciate all the hard work and your kindness.

Penny is awesome. A small place, but shes good at what she does and is super friendly. A pleasure to go to.

Don’t know why people complain so much. Some comments about people ethnicity is destitution in action at its best. Staff always friendly. They have at least top level masters there with Tattoos and girl from Syria like all of them there. I guess when you treat people right and with respect. You get same level of service. I hope they will forgive me that I didn’t came in for haircut in February... Being stuck with quarantine.. I couldn’t wait any longer. Please forgive me for loosing my patience. I promise, will come in the next 2-3 weeks :) Miss you guys. To my defence, I did call you but no one answered. That doesn’t change the fact that you guys are amazing. :)

Randell is the best! She is caring, professional, and does an amazing job. I won't let anyone else touch my hair!

Wow this place is always amazing. Every time I come here I get a different person and they all do amazing work. They have fun and you can tell they care about how you look. It’s never just a quick cut, they take the time to make you happy.
