S	Sue Seamans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for a manicure last Friday - was on time for my appointment but had to wait for the technician. The technician did my entire manicure in less than fifteen minutes! Horrible job - my cuticles were left ragged (have had to trim them every day since); I requested clear polish (which did not please them as they were pushing shellac); the polish started to crack that night; the polish came off one entire hand by Sunday; I asked if they had time for a design on my ring fingers - the job was bulky - and that is coming off as well. One would think that if you book an appointment for a manicure, pay thirty dollars for the manicure, that your cuticles would look nice and the polish would last longer than one day. Won't be back.

She was nicked to the point of bleeding several times, the edges were left very rough, the nails were lumpy and weirdly flat, and the shaping was inconsistent and off center. She didn't feel comfortable saying anything at the time, as it was the manager or owner who performed the service and there was a language barrier. Based on other reviews, it probably wouldn't have mattered. Sadly, this was Christams money she chose to spend here. We had a good laugh about it and won't be back.

When she finally got started it was rushed, asked for short nails and it is still long and did not clean around the nails after cutting the cuticles. She put lotion on my arm and rubbed it a little, so much lotion that I had to wipe with a towel. I won't be going back.

The lady who did it was friendly & gentle but I feel like she could’ve been a bit more thorough on removing the dead skin. I also must admit I find it a bit weird that there’s a dog running around but for the price I can’t complain to much I guess.

A	A C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give them zero stars i would. DONT COME HERE! I came in to take my shellac nails off, and so many things were off. First, they sat me down in the pedicure area so my arms were literally in the air. The were only 2ppl there, plenty of desk area. Why on earth wouldnt you use the manicure area? Second, they take off shellac dry. This is the only place ive had them taken off dry and in the air lol. Third, they dont cut nails or file nails or put any strength nail polish. I had to ask for it and when i did she (the owner, or at least the one who looked in charge) did it so brutally that it hurt. DONT COME HERE!!! This place sucks! GO TO KINGSWAY NAILS (2 blocks north) and they treat you WAY BETTER. I hope management reads this. Specifically the lady who “did” my nails: Lady you are horrible. It was the worst experience ever. Never going back again.
B	Betty Pomfrett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such an amazing experience this afternoon. The ladies were so friendly and welcoming of me. The environment in the salon was friendly and cheerful. I had a pedicure and I must say it was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. The music was so relaxing and the massage chairs were amazing. The lady I had was the sweetest woman and made sure I was in no discomfort and that I was pleased with the result. She did an amazing job and I can’t stop admiring her work! I have always struggled to find a nail salon where I was fully satisfied but today I have! I most definitely will be coming back here. Thanks so much ladies you guys are awesome!
