★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service, never actually been seen on time, even though an appointment is booked at least 24 hours prior. It doesn’t seem like appointments are tracked because every time I showed up for mine they were surprised? And of course have accepted someone who walked in before me and I end up waiting at least 15 minutes? Always taking walk-ins, which is fine if the time allows it and there is space to accommodate everyone waiting but shouldn’t be done during Covid and with all the restrictions everyone has to follow?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!!! I have been coming here for almost 5 years. I haven't come the last several months but decided to treat myself and come in for a new French Set, pedicure and wax. Well, my french set looks awful. I have a few nails that are over filed and a few that are not even slightly straight. The over filed ones are where the white tips are, so there is spots without white. So incredibly disappointed. Will not be coming back. She didn't even clean up under my nails after my set was done. ? Not to mention, when she did my eye brow wax, she left some wax on my face beside my eye which left a burn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice of them to take me in on short notice, however they were rushing so much that the girl who did my nails made my visit almost unbearable from the burning and broken skin. I almost walked out half way through. My middle finger was chipped and lifting when I arrived, I expected them to take it off and put on a tip. Instead the gal built it up with a lot of gel. It was thick and ugly. Once I left I examined my nails further and noticed the polish on my thumbs were bubbling. They looked awful. Consequently the polish started to peel off my thumbs and the repaired nail lasted 5 days. I had to have another fill 6 days later. I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years. Sometimes things happen but in this case it was simply a very poor job. Rushing to get that last person in the door may cost more than they think!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I went for a girls day and got our nails done. This isn't our usual place but it's beside starbucks so we gave it a try! My daughter LOVES her nails! They have a design on each nail and the price was very reasonable! My pedicure is very good and I am ver y pleased with the service here.
