★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all they are a compounding pharmacy which is already better than a regular pharmacy as they can fill any prescription. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond, they are very customer service oriented. One employee on the phone spent a lot of time explaining to me the different choices I had for a particular medication I needed. The cashier greets you when you walk in and every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiling. I put them under a bit of pressure to complete my prescription as I left it until the last minute, and they made it happen. Honestly, best pharmacy because they do go that extra mile for their customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just purchased a large tube of Spectra Electrode Gel, a conductive gel for microcurrent devices (Nuface, Tria Beauty, Myotone, etc.). The tube is quite large (8.5 oz / 250 g) and I got it for $10.00. Also, prices for stationery items are very competitive (sometimes cheaper than Walmart) and same for hair bands and hair scrunchies. Very happy with today's purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been going to Pharmasave in Copperfield since it opened. Initially it was just Allan, but he expanded his team to the very compassionate and thorough Bilal, and the ever helpful and highly informered Holly. Make no mistake, this place is a cut above most pharmacies. We recently moved to a different community and I tried my hands at a closer pharmacy, suffice it to say that while I did get my medication, the care I received was just not the same. I've moved back to Pharmasave Copperfield only after a short month of trying another closer to my new home, and unless I move to the the antartic, they will have a customer for life. Kudos to the team over there, you are doing a lot of good things!

They are always ready with good and practical advice, knowledgeable about both established and very new drugs, and invariably friendly. Every visit has a warm, "small town" flavour as I'm greeted by name by everyone. Ihave yet to have a problem after 8 years of utilizing their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy are extremely rude. I called as my medication was unavailable at my pharmacy and can only be filled on the day I take it. My pharmacy asked me for help as they had called dozens of places already. By the time I called them I had called over 60 pharmacies between my husband and myself. Not a single one had a problem giving me the information I asked for. This pharmacy was extremely rude. I truly only needed a yes or a no so if yes my pharmacy could call them and transfer the prescription. He refused to tell me anything and said no pharmacy would. Wrong he was the only pharmacy so rude or not helpful. When I told my pharmacy they were disgusted. When they tried to call them no one could even get through. So if they did have what I needed we will never know. I ended up on something that makes me ill till they can get in what I need. I’ll remember never to use or call this place. I can also tell you as I know a lot about the review system many of their five star reviews are purchased. That’s very dishonest. I know you will be responding with your usual barrage of excuses. There is no excuse for talking to a person that way and you are factually wrong that pharmacy’s don’t give out that inf. If 60 pharmacies do and you don’t than you are in the wrong.
