★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff taking phone calls. Refusal to help come up with a very simple solution to have a mail key delivered to our unit before Christmas.
I was told to “send my own courier” to get our mail key, which was only made available for pickup for 1 hour during the work week. Completely unreasonable.
I was also explicitly told that “we are not accepting complaints” - laughable if not sad, pathetic customer service.
Historically I’ve been very co-operative in allowing prompt access to our unit whenever building-maintenance needs doing. This cooperation will now occur at an equally slow & unreasonable rate until the level of customer service and basic human manners are upheld.
