★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the pleasure of having Mastre take care of us while renting for 3 1/2 years. They were always prompt with their responses if we ever had a repair, question, whatever. They employed good trades and services. I have recommended them to other landlords looking for property managers, as they made sure we were taking care of the property as well.

If you're looking for a fast way to lose your money hire here right away.
They are beyond unresponsive, lose track of emails and blatantly disrespect their tenants.
All the best to the renters and landlords out there. Stay away from this bad bunch !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless company. I did alot in that house . Live there since 2013. They did not help if we needed anything. Thery fixed the faucet in kitchen. There carpenters should not be carpenter's couldnt fix a cupboard shelve. This houses bills are very expensive your looking over 700 dollars in the winter, lotsa leaks that Mastre would not fix but what else is new. I recommend you use a different management company. Mastre is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented from this company for the past year. They were prompt and responded to any issues I had within 24 hours. All communication was through email, it was clear, concise and professional. Belinda was lovely to deal with and seemed to be our main contact person. The owner decided to sell the property prior to our lease ending and Mastre Property worked with me to amend my lease. I received my full security deposit back within 5 business days of my final walkthrough. I would definitely use this company and recommend to friends and family in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Mastre for about a year to rent our house. Mastre was able to find a renter immediately and I couldn't be happier about how they have treated me. It has been seamless. Belinda and Jennifer have always gotten back to me when I have emailed them. They have been amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend Mastre if someone is looking to rent out their house. I moved out of the province and was nervous about getting phone calls and having issues and with Mastre I have had zero issues and everything has been very smooth. I am definitely happy with Mastre and the employees there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father rented form Masters for over 15 years and when he recently passed they were super accommodating and even helped with their own personal to help[ with house contend cleaning and distribution. They were professional, courteous, respectful and super easy to communicate with. I am very impressed with their services and my father was a happy renter for 15 years as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked renting from Mastre. They do have lease breaking rules & of course if you break the lease I would imagine they hold you to the lease terms you signed. Also they have a move-out cleaning sheet they send to you so if you follow that & do the required cleaning you get your security deposit back. If you don't I would assume your are charged for cleaning & hauling fees. I liked the staff as they were always helpful & professional. Maintenance once or twice too a while as they needed owner permission for a new appliance but that is understandable. I would rent from them again as they have such nice clean properties.
